How the careers are worked out

The bird is the headline students see. Behind every answer sits a second tag — a RIASEC interest letter. Those letters tally up, and the top two become a career code that picks the suggested paths.

This is what sharpens results within a bird: Owl · Investigative → medicine & research, but Owl · Conventional → finance & data. Same bird, different answers, different careers.
